Initiate the Chat
Open WhatsApp and start a conversation with the AI Agent, which is connected to backend system. Simply search for the NovaHR contact in your WhatsApp list and send a greeting to get started.​

Select Your Request
Simply ask "what you can do?" or directly order the AI agent, then use the menu options provided by the AI Agent to select the type of request you want to make—whether it’s submitting an expense claim, checking your leave balance, or asking for assistance with HR-related queries.

Provide Details
Follow the prompts to provide the necessary details for your request. For expense claims, you can upload receipt photos directly in the chat. For leave requests, specify the dates and type of leave.

Receive Confirmation and Approval
After submitting your request, the AI Agent will confirm receipt and provide you with updates on processing times or any further actions needed. You can ask additional questions or check the status of your requests at any time. Approvers will receive a notification on your application request.
